event Equipment RENTALS

The Dawson City Chamber of Commerce offers rentals of fold-up tables and chairs at a very low rate, to support local events and tourism activity. 

Plus, all revenues generated from these rentals help to support the ongoing operations of our non-profit organization, as well as supporting Dawson-based economic development initiatives. 

 

  • Available Equipment:

    • 6ft Plastic Rectangular Tables (75)

    • 5ft Plastic Round Tables (20)

    • 5ft Wooden Round Tables (10)

    Rates:

    Regular Rate - $10/day
    DCCC Members/Non-Profit - $8/day
    DCCC Non-Profit Member - $5/day

    Above rates are subject to 5% GST

    *We are no longer doing half day rates. If picking up and/or dropping off before or after the date of your rental, you will be charged a full day.

    **All rentals are subject to a $100 damage deposit

    Rates:

    Regular - $3/day
    DCCC Member/Non-Profit - $2/day
    DCCC Non-Profit Member - $1/day
